Ardian is an alternative investment firm with assets of $50 billion managed or advised in Europe, North America and Asia. The firm focuses on private equity investment and asset management for institutional investors.

Founded in 1996 by Dominique Senequier, the firm has more than 350 employees working through ten offices in Paris, London, New York, Frankfurt, Zurich, Singapore, Milan, Beijing, Luxembourg and Jersey.

Ardian, which is majority-owned by its employees, offers its 346 investors a diversified choice of funds covering the full range of asset classes, including Funds of Funds (primary, early secondary and secondary), Direct Funds including Infrastructure, Mid Cap Buyout and Expansion, Ardian Growth, Co-Investment and Private Debt.

The firm has helped more than 250 companies since its creation. Its current portfolio comprises 130 businesses with $47 billion of assets under management.
