Our client is a private equity firm currently managing over $5bn. They are seeking a Senior Associate to join their investor relations team.

Responsibilities:

* Creation of marketing materials, such as the investor presentations, case studies, and due diligence questionnaire (DDQ)
* Help coordinate and participate in investor meetings and calls
* Assist with planning for Annual Investor Meeting & Advisory Board Meetings
* Maintain investor database in CRM and track investor communication

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
* At least 4-6 years of experience in investor relations or placement agent
