AVP – Legal Officer

Perform transactional and corporate legal support for matters assigned by the Vice President Legal and senior members of the investment team, and take up corporate mandates for the firm’s fund affiliated SPVs. MS/MSc, MA, LLM, JD, or equivalent degree. Full legal qualification. 3+ years legal and transaction experience as a qualified lawyer in global law firm or reputable Luxembourg equivalent, preferably in a corporate legal department. English language skills.
