An innovative hedge fund based in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support its legal team. This role will focus on corporate governance and managing a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts, playing a key role in the firm’s legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts, including investment management agreements, partnership agreements, service agreements, and vendor contracts
* Assist with corporate governance tasks, including organizing board meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining corporate records
* Support fund formation, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships through legal documentation
* Manage the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
* Coordinate with the outside counsel and service providers on legal matters and documentation
* Maintain organized records for investment vehicles and assist with internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally in hedge funds or financial services
* Strong experience in drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts
* Knowledge of corporate governance and hedge fund operations
* Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to collaborate with legal teams, management, and outside counsel
* Proficient in legal document management and contract lifecycle tools
* Strong communication skills
