Charterhouse Capital Partners invests in buyouts since the early days of the European buyout market in the 1980s. The firm has completed 140 transactions worth more than €50 billion in value.

Charterhouse manages private equity funds of more than €6.7 billion. The investors are institutional investors including pension funds, funds of funds, insurance companies, government agencies, banks, endowments and family offices.

Geographically, the investors are 57% from North America, 23% from Europe, 13% from Asia Pacific and 7% from Middle East.

The firm is very selective and targeting a small number of investments in European growth companies. Charterhouse team has a diverse range of backgrounds and experience and is based in London office.
