Firm Overview
Georgian Co-Investment Fund is a USD 6 billion private investment fund established in September 2013. GCF is dedicated to investing in Georgia. The Fund has allocated capital for investments in the following sectors and industries:
- Energy & Infrastructure: up to USD 3 billion
- Hospitality and Real Estate: up to USD 1 billion
- Agriculture and Logistics: up to USD 0.5 billion
- Manufacturing: up to USD 1.5 billion
- Other: up to USD 0.5 billion
The Fund’s intends to invest 25 – 75% of the total equity investment, with a minimum size of USD 5 million.
The GCF members are the international and domestic investment communities, including sovereign wealth funds, major global corporations and private family offices.
