Triton Partners is a private equity firm which invests in medium-sized businesses in northern Europe, Italy and Spain. Founded in 1997, the firm focuses on industrials, business services and consumer sectors.

Currently the firm invests in 29 companies in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland with combined sales of around €14 billion. The firm has more than 61,000 employees with offices in Frankfurt, Helsinki, Jersey, London, Luxembourg, Oslo, Shanghai and Stockholm.

Triton Partners has approximately 100 institutional investors, which include public and private pension funds, insurance companies, banks, family offices and asset managers.

Triton Partners has sponsored 6 funds with total €8.2 billion. In 2013 the firm established Triton IV and committed capital of €3.5 billion. In 2014 Triton Debt Opportunities was established and has external committed capital of €500 million.
