Excellent academic credentials, with coursework emphasis on Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. 3+ years of relevant work experiences, with 2+ years of work experience in private equity or investment banking. Native in Chinese and fluent in oral/written English.

What It’s About
In this position you will work in the Private Equity Direct Investment team and take part in all aspects of control and control-oriented private equity investments across a range of transaction sizes and industries.
Responsibilities:
* Quantitative and qualitative analysis on prospective direct equity investments across the Greater China region
* Prepare Investment Committee papers for and attend Investment Committee meetings on a regular basis
* Transaction due diligence workstreams, including financial, commercial, legal, tax, etc.
* Support the investment leadership in securing debt arrangements, negotiating purchase agreements, employment agreements, and incentive compensation for the management teams
* Participate in meetings with current and prospective target companies as well as on-site visits, etc.
* Conduct various tasks related to product reporting, monitoring investments, market research, and marketing efforts
What We Expect:
* Excellent academic credentials, with coursework emphasis on Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, and/or Engineering
* 3-6 years of relevant work experiences, with minimum 2 years of work experience in private equity and/or investment banking
* Ability to work in global multi-cultural teams and cross-border investment environments
* Modelling and valuation skills, with a thorough knowledge of Excel
* Strong business acumen
* Strong work ethic, with a desire to learn and succeed
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
* Native in Chinese and fluent in oral/written English
