B Capital is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to help drive operational excellence within our IR team. This role offers significant opportunity for growth and hands-on experience in venture capital IR. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing critical IR operations, including quarterly updates, due diligence support, and data management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong project management skills, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to manage many moving pieces.

Responsibilities:

* Help organize and maintain our fundraising infrastructure, including data room management, due diligence materials, and investor documentation (PPMs, DDQs, pitch materials)
* Drive the accuracy and efficiency of our investor CRM database, implementing and maintaining quality control processes
* Help prepare investor materials, including marketing decks, quarterly letters, advisory committee decks, etc.
* Partner with the investment, finance, and legal teams to respond to investor queries and due diligence requests with precision and speed
* Support the planning and execution of investor events, including the annual general meeting

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree
* 1+ year of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, accounting, placement agent or fund operations (startup or high-growth company experience is a plus)
* Proven ability to quickly master new technologies and processes
* Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
* Self-starter mentality, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations

Key Competencies:

* Ideally tech-savvy, with strong interest in the venture capital/technology space
* Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Experience in the DealCloud CRM is highly desired
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to project manage effectively across multiple initiatives
