We are now working with the UK team of a major European mid-market private equity fund.

The fund has an exceptional track record in investing and exiting stakes in very successful UK brands and businesses. They are a generalist fund and invest across most sectors.

Responsibilities:

They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the following:
* Full involvement in all aspects of the investment process
* Supporting the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of their transactions
* Leading and assisting with diligence workstreams
* Assisting with deal negotiation with the advisors

Background:

* Associate-level professional
* Currently working within private equity or investment banking
* Background in investing or M&A
* Very good UK deal sheet or investment track record
* Client driven
* Excellent communicator
* The successful candidate will be a UK dealmaker
