Selby Jennings is currently engaged with a leading real estate Private Equity firm in Austin, Texas. The team is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their deal team, and be responsible for supporting the origination, underwriting, and execution of investments.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate and in good academic standing
* 1-3 years of experience in real estate investments or acquisitions and exposure to the healthcare space (senior living, active adult, medical office, etc.)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus
