Manager – Investor Relations

Our client is a leading global investor in the secondary private equity market. They provide liquidity to various LPs from buyout to venture capital funds as well as exit opportunities for GPs. They are keen to bring onboard a top calibre Investor Relations Manager to join their established London IR team.

As an integral member of the IR team, you will share responsibility in servicing the existing and prospective investor base and project managing the end-to-end fundraising process.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with internal teams (legal, investment, operations) to deliver effective investor relations services for the fund’s global investor base
* Manage the due diligence process and the production of DD materials plus any other fundraising materials
* Plan, prepare and deliver internal and external presentations and information for key events: AGMs, Advisory Board meetings, etc.
* Work closely with senior internal stakeholders including Principals and Partners to assist in the production of quarterly reports, webcasts, LP meeting materials and other ad-hoc materials
* Manage the IR inbox, ensuring all general and technical queries are responded to in a timely manner

Your Profile:

* Accountants keen to transition into investor relations or individuals with experience in investor relations from within private markets or private placement
* Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders
* Technically minded and comfortable understanding financial / performance terminology
* Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong project management skills
* Proficient command of English and demonstrable ability to transform financial performance details into investor-friendly messages
* Accounting or other financial qualification would be a beneficial but not a requirement
